LAUNCHING 12/12

The online library consists of 31+ classes, one for each day of the month.

Classes range from short meditations to long juicy movement flows. All to suit your mood, location and intention.

We understand the hardest part is getting on your mat; once you’re there, let us guide you to move, find stillness and freedom.

YOGA

‘the yoking of all powers of the body, mind and soul to God: it means the disciplining of the intellect, the mind, the emotions, the will, which that Yoga presupposes; it means a poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all its aspects evenly.’ - Mahadev Desi

DANCE

is a selection of movements connected together with intention; choreographed or instinctual. The goal of dance is to share joy, freedom, stories, art, love, creativity and to reduce unnecessary tension in the body, mind and spirit.

PILATES

is a low impact physical fitness system based on nine principles: breath, concentration, control, centre, precision, balanced muscle development, rhythm/flow, whole body movement and relaxation. Created by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago, today is used to rehabilitate, strengthen, lengthen and generate body awareness.

MEDITATION

is a practice of awareness, concentration and choice to observe and not react to thoughts and emotions. By tuning into our breath, visualisations and sensations we can trap our attention, quieting the mind to enable peace and clarity.

SOUND

utilises the vibrations of voice, instruments and silence to calm the nervous system and draw the perspective into the present. This allows the participant to relax and enables a deeper sense of rest and meditation.

BARRE

is a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and functional movement training. With the use of the ballet barre, or for the at home workouts a chair, we work to build and maintain strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and tone. Barre classes involve small, isometric movements that target specific muscle groups that create that burning sensation leading to an effective low impact workout.

STRENGTH

includes resistance and weight training to enhance your moving practice. Basic movement patterns challenge your technique, stamina and endurance enhancing your potential in all your chosen movement disciplines.

“Dance, dance, otherwise we are lost.”
